Exponentia is a unique management program that helps the next generation to be inducted into the family business in a smooth and successful manner and to develop their enterprise vision of the growth of the enterprise.

This premium program is thoughtfully developed and has a curated blend of classroom learning and induction. It is a one-year-long program with classroom sessions for one week in a month. All sessions are conducted by the top experts of the industry and academia. It offers expert advice, training, and resources so that the business can thrive for decades to come.

The comprehensive curriculum helps participants to navigate on a thoughtful mix of topics aligned with the complexities of enterprising and family businesses. The aim is to ensure that the participants are able to achieve their ambitions, with family values and harmony.

PROGRAM DETAILS

It is a one-year-long program with classroom sessions one week a month. This program also gives the flexibility to the participants, to continue to be involved in their existing Family Business and upgrade their learnings by availing an additional two-week immersion program (optional) after the successful completion of the course in collaboration with IESEG School of Management, Paris, Brandeis university United States, Loughborough University, London. The curriculum is specifically designed to address the key needs and challenges of entrepreneurship and family business.

The subject is intended to introduce the techniques and methods that will enable the participants to communicate to the company and/or its customers/stakeholders.

Managing People in Business

Maximise the potential of the employees for the organisation to prosper.

The participants will acquire the abilities needed to successfully manage and lead people through these modules.

Decision-Making under Uncertainty

The fundamental ideas, ideas, and methods of making decisions in the face of ambiguity are introduced in this course.

Managing operations-I

The function of operations in businesses in the industrial and service industries is examined from a broad management viewpoint in this course.

Managing existing customers

In addition to skills, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours important to the participant's professional development, topics cover broad customer service principles.

Financial Accounting & Statement Analysis

The goal is to give a framework for evaluating a firm’s equity and for forecasting, assessing, and predicting its future performance.

Family Issue – Induction

This course aims to teach the participants how to approach complicated social problems from different angles. In order to organise complex material and ask insightful questions as the participants consider potential solutions to social problems, the participants will acquire an analytical framework.

Getting New Customers

The participants will learn how to identify and categorise clients, as well as the various techniques used by marketing experts to understand how people decide what to buy.

Managing Operations – Il

It provides a thorough overview of the theories and methods used in planning and running operations.

Family Values & Vision

To make the participants understand the importance of family values and vision working together to ensure long-term happiness and prosperity, which are the fundamental goals of all people.

Business Strategy

The perspective adopted for this course is that of the top manager who has overall responsibility for the performance of the firm or of a business unit within the firm.

Business Negotiation

This course’s goal is to help the participants comprehend negotiation theory and procedures so that they can bargain effectively in a range of situations.

Taxation and Legal Issues

The course’s main goal is to give participants the knowledge and tools they need to comprehend and analyse the elements that affect businesses’ long-term economic performance.

Cost Management

The participants become familiar with the fundamental ideas and applications needed to calculate the costs involved in the manufacture of goods and the delivery of services.

Blending with New Technology

The extended meaning of technology followed by an overview of some of the major technological categories, their potential applications, and any associated problems.

Introduction to Family Governance

The course also covers the knowledge necessary to understand ownership patterns, various family governance issues

The program includes an immersion visit to a formidable business, for understanding the insights and acumen.

  • One-week engagement per month at Prestige Exponentia in the physical mode for 12 months.
  • When the program ends, Exponentia will provide 3 months of concentrated hand-holding on a specific domain in family business management.
  • Incubation facility provided through Prestige’s Atal Incubation Centre after Graduation.
  • Continuous engagement for participants throughout the program.
  • Three weeks of engagement per month at the participant’s workplace for 12 months in the form of application exercises and practical exposure.
  • Mentors meet to be organized every third month to analyze participant’s progress.
