Every business, face several challenges from time to time. The aim is to develop the acumen to manage the unique challenges and dilemmas faced by family businesses and startups effectively.

Not more than 54 percent of family-owned-managed-businesses survive beyond the first (founder) generation, and only 3 – 4 percent businesses last till the third generation.
Exponentia has been thoughtfully conceptualized to add wings to the dynamic next-gen. It is a holistic learning experience while imparting leadership instincts for the real world. It will facilitate the development of an appropriate acumen to identify these issues, create opportunities and overcome risks while making key business decisions.

One-year-long program with classroom sessions one week a month.
The unique structure of the program gives participants the flexibility to continue to be involved in their existing Family Business and upgrade their learning. The participants will get an additional 3 months of concentrated hand-holding on a specific domain in family business management.
The curriculum is specifically designed to address the key needs and challenges of entrepreneurship and family business.
